1. RETAIL BONUS
The Retail Bonus is earned by our
members when they resell our product online (their buyers place orders
through the Shop Now page on the Members’ affiliate website). The Retail
Bonus represents a percentage of the total sale value. The Retail
Profit depends on the Start-Up Package our member has chosen to join
with.

2. WELCOME BONUS
What is the Welcome Bonus?
Our members at the Senior
Representative, Manager and the Senior Manager levels can earn a $50 USD
Welcome Bonus, by completing the following simple task:
Sell just 2 Start-Up Packages (Senior Representative, Manager or Senior Manager) within your first 10 days!
WELCOME BONUS TIMING
After registering as our member with any
of our 3 paid packages, you have exactly 10 days to earn the Welcome
Bonus (starting from and including the day you register). You’ll have a
timer located in your personal web office which counts down the number
of days left to fulfill the above mentioned condition.
3. START-UP PACKAGE SALES BONUS
The Start-Up Package Sales Bonus is the
profit that all members earn each time they sell any of our 4 Start-Up
Packages. The profit amount depends on which Start-Up Package they sell:
- • For selling a Representative Start-Up Package. the sales bonus is $10*
- • For selling a Senior Representative Start-Up Package, the sales bonus is $15
- • For selling a Manager Start-Up Package, the sales bonus is $20
- • For selling a Senior Manager Start-Up Package, the sales bonus is $100
* The $10 Start-Up Package Sales Bonus
for selling the Representative Start-Up Package will be paid out to a
Member once the Representatives he/she has enrolled cover their monthly
activation for the following month. Example: If you enroll a
Representative in January, they need to activate their membership in
February in which case your $10 Start-Up Package Sales Bonus will be
paid out to your e-Wallet account in March. If the Representative you
enroll skips activating their membership in February, they have the
option of double-activating their membership in March, in which case
your $10 Start-Up Package Sales Bonus will be paid out to your e-Wallet
account in June.
As for the Start-Up Package Sales Bonus
generated by selling any of our 3 paid Start-Up Packages, there are no
additional requirements other than our general Commission payout Terms;
they are generated instantly by selling a paid Package. Please visit the
Membership Regulations page for more details regarding general Terms
for the Commission payout.
4. VOLUME BONUS
This Bonus is reserved for members who
join at the Senior Representative, Manager or the Senior Manager levels.
The Volume Bonus represents a percentage of the complete financial
volume of the (financially) weaker or equal branch of a member’s binary
structure at the end of the month. The financial value of the binary is
made up of all personal purchases made by downline members (Start-Up
Package orders and upgrades, as well as purchases of any item listed in
the Shop page in the member's Back Office, by all direct or indirect
members). Members’ Volume Bonus percentages depend on their Start-Up
Package.

First, it is necessary to ‘unlock’ the
Volume Bonus with a minimum of 2 direct Start-Up Package sales
(personally sponsoring 2 members at any level). Furthermore, in order
for a member to receive the Volume Bonus every month, at least 2 of all
their direct members need to have their membership monthly activated.*
*For example, if a member has 10 direct
members in total and 8 of them are monthly inactivated but 2 of them are
monthly activated; the member has met the Volume Bonus requirement.
However, if for example, a member has 10
direct members in total, and none of them or just one has kept their
membership monthly activated, then the member hasn't met the Volume
Bonus requirement and the Volume Bonus for that month will not be
included in their commission.
Commissions after upgrading from a lower to a higher Start-Up Package
Regardless of the day in the month a
member upgrades from a lower to a higher Start-Up Package, the profits
applied to their commission will be calculated from the new, higher
Start-Up Package for that entire month and will apply to all future
months.
Membership regulations
Commission Payment
Member’s commissions are paid out
monthly, in USD currency via Payoneer Online Banking Service. The
minimum amount that is paid out to a Member’s Payoneer account is $50.
Monthly Commissions that are less than $50 are stored in the Member’s
Back Office and will be paid out to their Payoneer account once their
total exceeds $50. Our most advanced system enables our members to
create their own Payoneer account with just the click of a button, from
their Pet Protector web office. In the ‘Commissions’ tab, our members
can view the commissions they have generated for the previous month and
this same amount (if $50 and higher) is automatically deposited into
their Payoneer accounts. When creating their Payoneer account, our
members are able to choose one of the offered withdrawal options.
General Terms for Commission Payout
In order to have any Commission paid out to a Member's Payoneer account, their membership needs to be monthly activated for the month when the Commission was generated.

Commission Generation Terms
1. In order to generate the Retail Bonus, a Member needs to make at least one sale of the Pet Protector Disc.
2. In order to generate the Start-Up
Package Sales Bonus, a Member needs to make at least one sale of any of
our 4 Start-Up Packages. The $10 Start-Up Package Sales Bonuses
generated by selling the Representative Start-Up Package will be paid
out to a Member once the Representatives he/she has enrolled cover their
monthly activation for the following month. Example: If you enrolled a
Representative in January, they need to activate their membership in
February in which case your $10 Start-Up Package Sales Bonus will be
paid out to your Payoneer account in March. If the Representative you
enroll skips activating their membership in February, they have the
option of double-activating their membership in March, in which case
your $10 Start-Up Package Sales Bonus will be paid out to your Payoneer
account in June. As for the Start-Up Package Sales Bonus generated by
selling any of our 3 paid Start-Up Packages, there are no additional
requirements other than our general Commission payout Terms; these are
generated instantly by selling a paid Package.
3. In order to generate the Welcome
Bonus, a Member needs to be at the Senior Representative, Manager or the
Senior Manager Level and sell a minimum of 2 paid Start-Up Packages
within the first 10 days of their membership, or to have within the same
time frame, at least 2 Members join at the free - Representative level
and upgrade to a paid level.
4. In order to generate the Volume
Bonus, a Member needs to be at one of the Senior Representative, Manager
or the Senior Manager levels and sell a minimum of 2 Start-Up Packages
(personally enroll 2 Members) within one calendar month, and/or to have
at least 2 personally enrolled Members at any of our 4 Start-Up Packages
monthly activated (e.g. at least 2 of all your personally enrolled
Members need to have their membership monthly activated). Also, since
the Volume Bonus represents the percentage from the total financial
value accumulated on the financially weaker downline branch on the last
day of the month, members need to have financial values shown on both of
their downline branches.
Maximum Monthly Profit
When a member’s commission reaches
(exceeds) the maximum monthly profit regulated by their Start-Up
Package, the exact amount of commission will be paid out, regardless of
whether their profit continues to rise in the following months. Members
can upgrade to a higher Start-Up Package at any time (regardless of
whether or not they have reached their maximum monthly profit).
Irrespective of the day in the month the member upgrades from the lower
to the higher level (Start-Up Package), the profits applied to their
commission will be calculated from the new, higher level for that entire
month and will apply to all future months.
Monthly Activation
Monthly Activation applies to all
members, at any joining level. It is covered by purchasing any of the
following items from the Shop page, located in each Member's Back
Office:
1. One or more Pet Protector Disc(s), or
2. One or more packages of 16 clicks
(targeted website visitors) that our Company sends to its Member's
affiliate sites ($48), or
3. Back Office Maintenance with the
Marketing Tools and Software Package ($19.90 USD). The Marketing Tools
and Software package includes servicing and maintenance of the affiliate
web pages that we have created for our Members. These pages contain the
complete sales and enrollment system integrated within them. This
package also includes various marketing and educational material that
have been specially designed for our Members as well as statistics which
are regularly updated regarding their downlines and their profits, all
in real time. All these materials and services are delivered to Members'
very own Virtual Offices, that they have unlimited access to, when
monthly activated.
Monthly activation for the first calendar month of membership is already included in the registration cost.

Other Monthly Activation Regulations
At the beginning of every new month, all
memberships become inactive until the monthly activation is covered.
The monthly activation can be covered any day of the current month.
(Example: if a member registers on November 25th, their position will
become inactive on December 1st – after only 5 days. However, the member
can activate their position for the following month, in this case
December, any day of the month of December, including 31st December.
This means that the activation lasts for a minimum of 30 days, from the
first day of the registration and before placing the next activation
order).
Conclusion: by logging in to their
virtual office on the 1st of each month, Members can see a notification
which states that their membership is monthly inactive. The Member can
continue to make sales and grow their organization even though their
membership is currently marked as inactive. However, it is necessary to
activate their membership before the current month expires in order to
receive their commission for that month.
Note: Our Company does not charge our
Members’ credit cards automatically. We do not even store their credit
card information in our database.
Monthly Inactivity
If a member does not activate their
membership for the entire month, their commission for that month will be
suspended. These members have the option of paying two monthly
activations (2 x $19.90) in the following month and in this way
maintaining their membership. This action does not mean that the
commissions earned during the inactive month will be paid out to their
e-Wallet account, because the commission for the inactive month has been
suspended, but this action will enable them to retain their membership.
At the beginning of the second month of inactivity, the member's back
office will be locked (they will no longer have access to their Back
Office) until they have activated their membership for the previous and
the current month with 2 payments of $19.90. For those members who do
not activate their membership for two months in a row, these memberships
will be terminated without the possibility of renewal.
Allocation of Members
The first time a member enlists a new
member; this new member will be automatically allocated by our system.
From then on, the Member has the option of allocating each new Member
they enlist to either the left or to the right side of their downline,
within the first 24 hours of registering that new Member. If the new
Member is not allocated within the first 24 hours, the system will then
complete this task automatically.
Upgrading to a Higher Level
Members can upgrade from a lower to a
higher Start-Up Package at any time. If a member upgrades to a higher
Start-Up Package within the first 30 days of their membership, they will
receive a discount (they will pay the discounted price of the Start-Up
Package they have chosen to upgrade), and if a member upgrades to a
higher Start-Up Package after the first 30 days of their membership,
they will pay the full price of the higher Start-Up Package. By
upgrading, a member keeps their existing downline, but generates new,
higher profit percentages. Regardless of the day in the month the member
upgrades from the lower to the higher Start-Up Package, the profits
applied to their commission will be calculated from the new, higher
Package for that entire month and will apply to all future months.
Upgrading to the Senior Representative Level
When upgrading from the Representative
to the Senior Representative Start-Up Package after the first 30 days of
membership, members pay the full Start-Up Package price of $179.70 +
$19.95 shipping, which includes 3 Pet Protector Discs. When joining with
the Senior Representative Start-Up Package directly, or when upgrading
to this level within the first 30 days, members pay the discounted price
of $119.80 + $19.95 shipping, which includes 3 Pet Protector Discs (a
$59.90 savings).
Upgrading to the Manager level
When upgrading from the Representative
or Senior Representative to the Manager Start-Up Package after the first
30 days of membership, members pay the full Start-Up Package price of
$999.00 + $45.70 shipping, which includes 17 Pet Protector Discs at full
retail price (no free Discs). When joining with the Manager Start-Up
Package directly, or when upgrading to this level within the first 30
days of membership, members pay the discounted price of $499.00 + $45.70
shipping which includes 10 Pet Protector Discs (a $500.00 savings).
Upgrading to the Senior Manager Level
When upgrading to the Senior Manager
Start-Up Package after the first 30 days of membership, members pay the
full Start-Up Package price of $3,999.00 + $88.00 shipping, which
includes 67 Pet Protector Discs at full retail price (no free Discs).
When joining with the Senior Manager Start-Up Package directly, or when
upgrading to this level within the first 30 days of membership, members
pay the discounted price of $1,899.00 + $88.00 shipping which includes
41 Pet Protector Discs (a $2,100.00 savings).
Lead-Generation System Regulations
Receiving free website visitors
Members who join directly, and/or
upgrade to the Manager or the Senior Manager levels are able to receive
great benefits – our Company makes sales/enrolls members for them by
promoting their affiliate website (bringing them a certain number of
targeted website visitors as a gift). Managers receive 50 clicks on
their website (a $150 value) and Senior Managers receive 100 clicks (a
$300 value) at no cost – as a gift from us, to help them make more sales
and grow a bigger team. The condition for receiving/unlocking this
benefit is:
Enrolling 2 direct members at the Manager or the Senior Manager levels.
As soon as a Manager or a Senior Manager
enrolls their second member at the Manager or Senior Manager levels,
our professional advertising team starts promoting their website until
all the clicks are spent. Also, each time in the future a Manager or a
Senior Manager enrolls two more Managers or Senior Managers, they will
once again receive free advertising.
Buying targeted website visitors
Pet Protector is the first and only
networking company in the world that sends top-quality visitors to
members’ affiliate sites, helping them generate leads and grow their
business. Members can purchase any desired number of targeted website
visitors (minimum 16). The pricelist for purchasing website visitors is
located in the ‘Shop’ page in each Member’s back office (the price per
visitor is in accordance with PPC prices as dictated by the market).
Once an order has been placed, our system immediately activates the
member’s affiliate site by registering it to our LGS (Lead-Generation
System) and promoting it until the purchased number of targeted website
visitors has been spent. Once the number of purchased visits has been
used up, the Member’s affiliate site is automatically removed from the
LGS. Our LGS forwards the whole payment made by members to 3rd party
advertising companies (such as Google Adwords) immediately after payment
has been made, sending visitors to the member’s affiliate site
automatically and therefore, this purchase is non-refundable, even if a
member cancels their Pet Protector membership in the meantime.
